Skefeina
Time for another map!
Population: ~435,000
Primary Export: Economics, Magic Governance
Faerie Capitol
I had a bit more trouble with this map because Skefeina is HUGE, at least compared to the harvest villages. The city is built with each level physically building upward, with the Capitol building at the very top. The building itself is several stories high, making Skefeina visible from massive distances. The lower level is divided into seven residential districts, the middle level is divided into primary business districts, and the upper level is focused on different areas of trade, government, and education.
Outside the city walls are a number of large outskirt villages and farms. Despite their proximity to Skefeina, they're all still independent municipalities with their own local governments and trade systems, just like the harvest villages. (However, the outskirt villages speak the New Tongue. The language doesn't change until you get into more solidly rural areas.) The Nifeissia Trade Center handles the main import and export routes between Skefeina and the villages.
